I started it because I was searching for answers myself.
Like many women, I struggled with health confusion, body changes, emotional stress, and the pressure to “be fine” even when I wasn’t. Every time I searched online, I found advice that felt robotic, unrealistic, or disconnected from real life. I wanted something honest. Something human.
That’s how Healthyfy was born.
